1. First off you have to be a fan of Dart.
2. You have to submit a real working email address, if you don't you won't be added.
3. If you are joining with a site then you need to use one of the codes provided to link back.
4. If you submit a site and the code isn't up I'll add you but not the site, so please place the code up before joining.
5. Please use names that make sense. No names like Princess Starfire or AnGeL-BeAr. Also don't use numbers, special characters, symbols, StIcKyCaPs or l33t in your name either.
6. Sites with ill manner content won't be listed.
7. If you need to update you're info don't send in another join form, use the update form instead.
